Shipping policy

Orders are processed the same day during office hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after hours will be processed the next business day. Orders received on Sundays and holidays will be processed the next business day. The buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipment’s tracking number.

International Shipping

International orders are expected to arrive approximately 10-14 days after the order date. Delays resulting from the processing time of the respective customs authority are not within our control. Please note that shipping rates do not include customs or import duties that could be levied by your destination country. Salbazaar and Dumitrascu are not responsible for your payment of this duty. If you refuse your shipment, you are responsible for original shipping charges, any duties, customs charges, and/or taxes (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. The amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
